Introduction

Qogita offers various services to help its Sellers get- and process orders, designed to streamline operations and reduce manual overheads. The Seller-API’s are structured as follows.

• Stock ingestion: Qogita retrieves your inventory and pricing directly from your system.
• Order Placement: Qogita integrates with its Sellers using a JSON, SOAP, etc. API provided by the Seller.
• Automated Order Processing: Sellers can integrate with the endpoints outlined below to facilitate automated order processing.

Getting Started

Before diving into the API and some examples, let's ensure you have everything set up for a successful integration.

Prerequisites

There are a handful of prerequisites before an integration can be made.

Automated stock ingestion

Apart from updating your stock via email, Qogita also offers various methods to automatically update your stock.

• You must be a registered seller on www.sellers.qogita.com.
• Offer for stock and pricing to be retrieved via:

  • An (authenticated) FTP server.

  • A url.

  • A JSON, SOAP, etc. API.

    In case you are unable to offer any of the integration patterns above, we’re happy to discuss alternate approaches.

Order Placement

• Have automated stock ingestion available/ enabled (see above).
• You are expected to offer a JSON, SOAP, etc. API for orders to be sent to.
